Can we try it without real orders?
Yes. A test mode keeps sandbox orders, payments and invoices apart from live data.
Can it connect to our own tools?
Providers can create API keys and webhooks to send orders in, and connect WhatsApp Business for customer messages. Shopify and Wix connections are still in preview.
Where do customers place orders?
