How we decide what to build

We start by listening. Before we build anything, we spend time with the people who do the work and learn where time, trust and resources are lost.

Then we build something small and focused, simple enough to adopt without training, and made to last beyond one season.

Then we improve. We keep working with the people who use what we make, learn what helps and refine what does not.

Listen, build, improve. It is a short list, and we repeat it every time.
